For outdoor target archery there are 6 classification levels 3rd 2nd 1st class and Bowman Master Bowman and Grand Master Bowman for juniors up to junior Bowman and Junior Master Bowman.
Classification Tables Recurve Bow Gents Rounds. You therefore may be classified MB in target but only be 2nd. The same classification levels are used for Target Field Clout Indoor and Flight.
The highest two classifications Master Bowman and Grand Master Bowman can only be achieved.
